Professional experience of 26 years. In 1994, Eduard Perepechkin graduated from the Nakhimov Higher Naval School, and in 1998 from the Saratov Law Academy.
From 1997 to 2014, he made a career from an Investigator to a Deputy Prosecutor, and since 2007 he has served as Deputy Head of the Military Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
Areas of practice:
- representing the interests of clients in arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction, including in the field of State Defense Procurement;
- support of public contracts from preparation for participation in the tender to the fulfillment of obligations under the contract;
- conducting criminal cases of all categories, including military crimes;
- support of small and medium-sized business, drafting and legal expertise of contracts.
